PROFESSIONAL BAROMETER Ø125MM - OVM
Description
Designed for scientific, technical, and professional applications, this aneroid barometer enables precise measurement of atmospheric pressure. It is intended for use in laboratories, climatological studies, aeronautical applications, or any use requiring a high-precision instrument.
At the heart of the device is a mechanism entirely designed, manufactured, assembled, and calibrated in our workshop. Set to absolute pressure (actual atmospheric pressure), it offers an accuracy of ± 0.5 hPa (± 0.37 mmHg). Its thermal compensation ensures an error of less than 0.02 hPa per °C between −10 °C and +40 °C, guaranteeing excellent measurement stability.
With its 12.5 cm diameter and 5.4 cm depth, it provides precise readings thanks to its knife-edge needle and high-definition engraved dial. Measurements are expressed in hectopascals (890 to 1050 hPa in 0.5 hPa increments) and millimeters of mercury (670 to 790 mmHg in 0.5 mmHg increments).
It is easily mounted using its hanging ring.
For applications subject to vibration or shock, it can also be installed on a "Vibrachoc" shock-absorbing mount, specially designed to protect the mechanism while ensuring the reliability of the measurements.
Designed for use between 0 and 700 meters of altitude, it can be transported by plane without special precautions. Each device is delivered with its calibration certificate (manufacturer's certificate). An inspection certificate can be provided upon request. To maintain its metrological performance, an annual check is recommended.
